8 Roma tomatoes, chopped
cup sweet onion, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, thick bottom stems trimmed
3 small garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 sweet bell pepper
3 habenero peppers
10 Serrano peppers
4 Hungarian wax peppers
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 limes freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
teaspoon salt

Chop, stir, serve with chips.
