16 jumbo pasta shells, prepared according to package direction, rinsed and drained. 1 lb ground beef 1 package taco seasoning mix 1 cup water 1 can refried beans 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 jar salsa 1/4 cup sliced green onion Sour cream
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cook beef in skillet until brown;drain. Add seasoning mix and water; cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add beans and 3/4 cup cheese; mix well.
Spread 1/4 cup salsa over bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
Fill pasta shells with beef mixture; spoon remaining salsa over shells; top with onion and remaining cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake 40-45 minutes; sprinkle with green onions and remaining cheese.
