1 3/4 c all purpose flour
1 c cooked pumpkin(from can) or fresh
3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until well mixed. Spoon batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan.
Bake at 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes,remove from pan. Cool completely
