1/2 c shortening
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c orange juice
3 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 T baking powder
1 orange rind grated
1 c nuts chopped
2 c cranberries halved and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar, salt and eggs. Add orange juice alternately with combined flour, soda and baking powder. Add orange rind, nuts and cranberries. Grease sides and line bottom of two bread loaf pans with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
