12 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 cans (4.5 oz) enchilada sauce
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
8 medium green onions, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.

Grease 13 x 9 baking dish.

Cook and drain noodles according to package directions.

Mix chicken cheese onions and 1 cup sour cream.
Spread 1/2 cup enchilada sauce in baking dish. Spread 1 teaspoon enchilada sauce over each noodle; spread evenly with about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture.

Roll up each noodle; place seam side down on sauce in dish. Spoon 1 cup sauce over rolls. Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover and bake 40-45 minutes. Heat remaining sauce; spoon over rolls.
