1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 8oz jar of oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Arrange bread in single layer on baking sheet. Mix olive oil, garlic and salt in small bowl. Brush on each piece of bread and broil till almost brown, do same to other side. Remove tray from oven, distribute tomato pieces among slices of bread, then top each piece of bread with pinch of mozzarella. Broil again for 1 minute, serve warm.
