1 Whole Chicken
1 cup Chicken broth
1 pkg. Corn Tortillas
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 jar Cheese Whiz
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese grated
1 sm. Onion
1 bell Pepper
1 can Rotell Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and boil in seasoned water with celery, onion until done. Debone chicken and shred and reserve 1 cup of chicken broth. While chicken broth is hot, soften tortillas in chicken broth. Mix together chicken soup, mushroom soup, and cheese whiz. In a baking dish, layer tortillas, then chicken, then chopped onion and bell peppers, then sauce, then repeat layers again ending with the sauce on top. Pour the rotell tomatoes (do not drain) on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Pour chicken broth in 1/2 way up. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
