1 large can artichoke hearts in water, drained and cut into quarters
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 c mayonnaise
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, mayo and cayenne pepper together and place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, until hot and melted. Serve with multi-grain crackers or baguette slices.
