1 c grated mix of sharp cheddar and Swiss Cheeses
1/2 c flour
1 T butter, softened
water
2 T grated or minced fresh onion
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with your fingertips, cheese, flour, butter, and just enough water to make a stiff dough. Add onion and cayenne pepper and mix. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, place on greased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 400, serve hot.
