1 can refried beans;
1 T Pace thick and chunky Salsa
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp ground black pepper or Hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c low fat shredded cheddar cheese
Pepperidge Farm Cheddar Pretzel thins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the beans, salsa, chili powder, black pepper and Worcestershire in a small microwavable bowl.
Top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with the pretzel thins for dipping.
