8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 T. minced onion
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms or 1 c. fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Grease square pan 9 x 9". Fill with ingredients. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve with a cheese sauce. My friend, Beth Strong used melted Velveeta with a little milk added to it to thin. I would make the cheese sauce in a double boiler or the microwave.
