1T crushed garlic;
Juice of 1 lemon;
tsp salt;
1 can chickpeas, drained;
1 Tbsp olive oil;
1/4 c tahini(sesame paste)available most grocery stores;
4 pieces of fresh pita sliced pizza-style into 8 wedges;
1 cucumber, striped cut into sticks;
8 oz baby carrots;
1 cup black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Put garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a blender and pulse to finely chop garlic, Set the blender on puree and slowly add chickpeas, allowing them time to puree. Add oil and the tahini, and blend until the texture is fine and creamy. If hummus is too thick, add a little more olive oil. Put hummus in a bowl, set on large platter and arrange pit, cucumber sticks, carrots and olives around the platter.
