3 med sized sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 med sized apples
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash sweet potatoes and cook them in their skins in boiling water. Cool and skin. Cut potatoes and apples into slices. Place in alternating layers in a buttered baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle sugar over each layer. Cover and bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
