1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1/2 c. Lemon Juice (Fresh Squeezed)
Lemon Peel
1 16 oz. can Eagle Brand Milk
2 Eggs separated
1/4 c. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice and grated lemon peel. Gradually stir into Eagle Brand Milk. Add egg yolk and stir until well blended. Pour into chilled graham cracker crust. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Spread meringue on pie filling. Brown in oven at 350 until lightly browned. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours prior to serving.
