1 c flour;
1 tsp salt;
2 tsp baking powder;
1 c cornmeal;
1/4 c sugar;
1 egg;
1 T honey ;
1/4 c milk;
1/4 c sour cream;
1/4 c canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. In a large bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder, cornmeal, and sugar. In a small bowl, whisk egg, honey, milk and sour cream, pour into large bowl and mix into dry ingredients. Heat oil in a medium cast-iron or oven safe skillet. Pour oil onto dough and stir to mix. Scrape dough into hot skillet, place in oven and cook for 17 minutes or until top browns.
