1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. water
1 chopped onion
1 pkg frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. Cheez Whiz (small jar)
1/4 c. milk
1/8 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in 1 cup water. Bring water to a boil; add rice. Remove from heat. While water is brought to a boil, take out frozen broccoli and mix rest of ingredients together. When rice is done, mix all together and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes in uncovered dish. Makes and 8x8" dish.
