1 lb. round steak (cut in strips)
1/2 c. oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 T. cornstarch
1 c. stock or bouillon (2 c. fluid, melt 5 bouillon cubes)
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and saute green peppers and onion. Remove and set aside. Brown meat in oil and garlic. Add peppers and onions, salt, pepper, and ginger. Cook until tender. Blend stock and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch with cold water and add to mixture until thickened.

Serve over rice.
