Directions: |
Directions:In a large pot fill half way with water and boil.
Prepare wings by chopping in half if needed. Rinse thoroughly
Put into boiling water for about 10-15 minutes, wings will start to floatand this will boil off a lot of the fat,
Take wings out and put in some type of bowl to let cool.
Now take about a dozen or so wings maybe more and put into the freezer bags.
Add the marinade of your choice to make sure all wings are covered in sauce.
Put in refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
When ready to cook, fire up your grill and get rack hot. Put wings on and cook for about 5 minutes per side. You can use some of the extra sauce to marinate while cooking. |

Notes: This is one of those recipes to just experiment with different combination of sauces and adding hot sauce to the marinate depending on how spicy you like them.
