1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 can Milnot evaporated milk
14 oz. bag caramels
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with 1 c. Milnotę. Spread 1/2 in bottom of prepared 9x13 pan. (Mixture will be thick). Bake at 350║ for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix caramels with 1 c. Milnot and melt. (Microwave works best)
Pour over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Spread remaining mixture thinly over top.
Bake at 350║ for about 30 to 40 minutes.
