1 pie crust
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 can chicken breast; drained
1 1/2 cups broken tortilla chips
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.

In medium bowl, with wire whisk, beat eggs; beat in milk; stir in chicken & chips, both cheeses, 1 cup salsa and salt. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle pepper over top.

Bake 55-65 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
