1-1/2 lb hamburger
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 c. crushed crackers or bread crumbs
1 button garlic, chopped fine
2 T. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix real good, you may add 1/2 c. water, depending on mixture. (Should be consistency of meatloaf). Use deep fryer to fry meatballs. Make meatballs to desired size. Brown good. Drain and add to spaghetti of choice. Simmer sauce and meatballs together for 20 minutes before serving.

Browned meatballs will seem hard after deep frying. Will soften when simmered in sauce.
