Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add pecans and stir well (coat all). Spread on large baking sheet. Bake at 200 for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove when dry and toasty. Cool and store in airtight container.
