1 (18 oz.) package pillsbury refrig. sugar cookie
2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 pint fresh strawbwrries (washed, hulled and cut in to halves)
1 pint blueberries
1 can manderin orange slices (drained)
4 kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced)
1 jar orange marmalade

Heat oven to 350 degrees
spray 12 inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray or just coat pan with light layer of softened butter.
press cookie dough over bottom of pan to form crust
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins or until deep golden brown. Cool 25 mins. or until completely cooled.
In med. bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon peel and beat until fluffy
Spread over cooled crust
Arrange fruit starting with strawberries around outer edge and continue with next row of fruit, this can be done in any order you like.
Melt orange marmalade in microwave for 1 min.
After maramlade is melted spread over entire pizza with pasty brush. Make sure all fruit is coated (this gives is a glaze and prevents fruti from turning brown)
