1 lb. ground chuck
salt & pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
5-6 dashes of to tobasco sauce

Combine above ingredients in fondue pot, simmer for approx. 1 hr., stirring occasionally to break up meat into fine chunks. When fully cooked, serve over pasta of choice.
