1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp butter
1 bag spinach
1 package Ramen Noodles, uncooked & broken
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
4 thin green onions, chopped

dressing:
1/8 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Remove noodles from bag, discard flavor pack and break noodles. Brown pecans and noodles in butter, cool on paper towels. Combine with remaining ingredients. For the dressing, combine all ingredients. Toss salad with dressing right before serving.

We like to add thinly sliced grilled chicken to this salad to make a meal. So delicious!!! Sweet and salty.
