8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (drain fat)
2 c. cubed new red potatoes, not peeled
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream (may use low fat or fat free)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ox can whole kernel corn, drained
1/8 t. pepper
1/8 t. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Save about 2 T. of bacon fat and cook the potatoes and onion in it for a few minutes; then add all but the sour cream and simmer until the potatoes are done. Add the sour cream toward the last of cooking. (Potatoes may be peeled if you prefer.)
