1 pound of ground Italian sausage browned and drained.
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
3/4 cup red pepper, sliced
3/4 cup green pepper, sliced
1 cup Italian-style tomato sauce
6 hoagie buns, split
11/2 cups (6oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion, red pepper and green pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add cooked sausage and tomato sauce; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.

Spoon sausage mixture into hoagie buns; top with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with pepperoni and black olives
