2 C strawberries, cut
2 C rhubarb, cut
1/3 C sugar
6 Tbs. cornstarch
1 Tbs. butter
Easy Buttery Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar and cornstarch in a bowl, then add strawberries and rhubarb. Let rest until macerated (juicy). Make one recipe Easy Buttery Pie Crust, placing the bottom crust in the pie plate. Pour fruit filling into the pie crust, and dollop the butter on top. Place the top crust on and cut excess dough off the edges, crimping the edges together. Cut decorative vents in the top of the pie. Bake at 425 F for 40 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 F until juice thickens.
