2 lbs. Frozen White Corn (defrosted)
1 1/2 C. Sour Cream
2 Cans Cream of Celery soup
1 lb cheddar cheese (grated)
1 large onion (chopped)
Pepper to taste
Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except breadcrumbs) in a large bowl. Pour into a 13x9 Pyrex dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle Breadcrumbs on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.

This was one of my favorites growing up and a tradition at all of the family holidays. You can use 2 cans of diced green chilies in place of the onion.
