5 roma tomatoes
1 Anaheim chili pepper
5 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/2 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes into quarters. Slice and seed Anaheim chili. Using a hand crank food processor to chop and mix all ingredients together, or chop by hand. Add more peppers for a spicier taste or more tomatoes for a milder taste.
