1 Lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato juice (I use the soup can)
1 can water (soup can)
salt and pepper,dash of chili powder
1 small onion chopped (optional)











Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a fry pan. I put the chopped onion in with the meat at this time as the juice from the meat helps to saute onions)
Salt and pepper meat
After meat has been browned , empty into large saucepan
Add all the remaining ingredients and stir.(drain kidney beans).
Simmer for and 1/2 to an hour or so , but make sure to stir occasionally to prevent sticking)
