Ingredients:  
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla
Blend dry ingredients and mix into batter. It will be very soft.
Roll out on floured pastry cloth to 1/4 " thick.
Cut with cookie cutters and transfer to ungreased or parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes.
