Ingredients: Crab mixture: 1 cup fresh crabmeat 1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese 1/3 cup Swiss cheese 4 green onions - chopped (white part only) 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce 3 Tblsp. madiera 4 shakes tobasco 1/8 tsp. black pepper, white pepper, salt and cayenne pepper
Pastry mixture: 1 stick butter 1 cup flour 4 eggs 1 cup water 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions: |
Directions:Combine all ingredients in the crab mixture and set aside. In a saucepan combine water, butter and salt. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Add the flour and stir vigorously until it leaves the sides of the pan. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time beating with a wooden spoon until smooth. Add crab mixture and stir well. Drop batter by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes on the middle rack. Serve |
