1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 qts water
2 bouillon cubes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. diced potatoes
1 #2 can Tomatoes
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Add rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook until steaming point is reached. Turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes.
