1 1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter and press into 24 lightly greased or paper lined muffin cups. In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Add milk and beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Spoon into prepared cups. Bake for 15 min. at 300 or until set. Cool. Chill. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling.
