8-10 potatoes 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sour cream with chives Garlic or regular salt
Boil potatoes. Mash with milk. Mix in cheese, sour cream and salt. Put in a casserole. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Top with grated Velveeta cheese the last 15 min. of baking time. This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated and then baked.
