1/4 c. ketchup 1/4 c. pineapple juice 3 tbsp. honey 3 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
Combine ketchup, pineapple juice, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, cornstarch, mustard and lemon peel in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened and translucent. Baste or pour over chicken, spare ribs or hamburgers during last 10-15 min. of cooking.
