2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon or orange
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
4 pork chops, 1" thick

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 6 ingredients together. Marinate the meat at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. When ready to grill, drain and reserve marinade to brush on meat while grilling.
