2 c. chicken broth
6 c. diced cooked chicken
3 c. half and half
1 1/2 c . mixed vegetables, cooked
1 c. butter
1 medium onion
1 c. flour
1 c. mushrooms
Paprika and thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Cheddar cheese
Grated mozzarella cheese
2 tubes Hungry Jack or Betty Crocker biscuits

Melt butter and saute onion. Add broth and flour and stir until smooth. Add half and half. Cook to gravy thickness. Add vegetables and seasonings and bring to a boil. Layer chicken on the bottom of pan. Cover with vegetables and sauce. Cool. Sprinkle on cheeses. Put biscuits on top. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. This recipe will make 2 9 x 13" pans.
