1 c. sugar
1 #2 (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple
1 3oz pkg lemon jello
2 jars pimento cheese
1 reg. tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar and pineapple and cook 1 minute. Stir in the jello and pimiento cheese. Put in refrigerator until it starts to jell. Then fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

Whenever I think of this salad, I think of my Grandpa Fred. He was a real jokster. You never knew when he was serious or when he was
"pulling your leg".
(The pimento cheese is found by the Velveeta cheese. It comes in a glass that can be used later for a juice glass.)
