3 c. diced rhubarb
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbs. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs, add sugar, flour and dash of salt. Mix well and stir in with rhubarb. Put in 9" unbaked pie crust. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. This pie makes it's own meringue.
