1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 chicken, cut up (or breasts, legs & thighs)
1/2 cup melted butter

*Lemon Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons salad oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a paper bag and shake to coat chicken. Arrange chicken in baking pan and brush with melted butter. Bake 30 minutes, at 350. Combine ingredients for lemon sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken a few times so flavor will cook through. Turn chicken and cover with sauce. Bake 30 minutes longer, or until done. Serve with rice.
