1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons butter
2 raw, peeled apples, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon sage or Bell's stuffing mix
1/2 package bread cubes

Directions:

Saute all except bread cubes in butter until tender. Add 1/2 package bread cubes. Moisten with chicken broth. Stuff game hens or roasting whole chicken,
