6 slices of bread (day old or more)
6 eggs
1 pound breakfast sausage
3 cups milk
2 cups grated sharp cheese
salt & pepper - scant

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Cut into pieces. Beat eggs, add milk and cheese. Tear bread in pieces and add to milk mixture - add salt and pepper. Add cooked sausage, mix well. Pour in a 9x13 inch pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and let stand about one hour. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. Should be lightly browned. Test with cake tester. Do not over bake, as it will be dry.
