4 pounds chicken
1 4-1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes
4 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together tomatoes, 3 teaspoons chili powder, oregano, and cumin. Mix salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder and rub over skin of chicken. Arrange chicken, skin side up, over tomato mixture. Bake at 400, about 45 minutes, uncovered until skin is crisp and chicken is cooked.
