Dressing: 1/2 c. salad oil 3 T sugar 2 T raspberry vinegar (plus a little more) 1 T fresh lemon juice 1 T sour cream 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salad Lettuce of choice Green apple or pear pieces Sliced almonds Crumbled blue cheese
For dressing: Whisk together first 4 ingredients. Gradually add sour cream and mustard. Toss salad with dressing.
