1 pound fresh cranberries
2 medium unpeeled, cored apples
1 whole orange, unpeeled and pitted
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cranberries, apples and orange. Cut in quarters and remove cores. Put through food grinder using medium blades. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Chill overnight. Can be kept in refrigerator several weeks.
