1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 pounds washed all purpose potatoes, cut in chunks
1/3-1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag or bowl. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into a shallow baking pan. Bake at 425, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
