1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 (8oz) cartons sour cream
10oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup melted butter
1 box saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except crackers) together in a large crockpot.
Let cook for 2 to 4 hours on high.
Top with broken crackers.
