4 c. fresh rhubarb, cut into small pieces
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbs. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbs. corn starch
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put rhubarb pieces into a 9x13" pan. Cream together 3/4 c sugar and butter. Add milk, flour,
baking powder and salt. Spread over rhubarb. Mix last 3 dry ingredients together separately and pour dry mixture over the batter in pan. Pour 1 c. hot water on top of dry ingredients. Do not stir. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

This is good either warm or cold. May be served with whipped topping, ice cream or milk. Good way to serve rhubarb.
